Rock was never something I warmed to; I'm revved up enough as it is. I've seen it devastate people much worse than heroin too, most notably physically so for me thats a certain no-no.

I won't score on the streets for loadsa reasons n the only way i can get H unless i got £60 everytime which i ain't is to buy a a half at 30 n a fukin stone.
I 'm gonna give it all a rest 4 a while i can't go down the snowball rd again its so dangerous.
Would like to get my hands on some decent pharms really but haven't got a reliable source.
Theirs just been loadsa busts in my city , i posted a link if your intrested , cos of that the main guys are keeping away 4 a while.
Till things return 2 some normality i'm a have to take a vaction from opiates unless its pharmaceutical.

im getting sum excellent gear atm but have to travel bit further than i would like. newcastle to be exact and its hard to get weight he only does bags.For sum reason everytime i take strong opiates i puke never use to

Back when things were really bad with the drought around xmas & new year, my rattle wasn't that bad, i could function & even go out with family without anyone really noticing, just felt like a haevy cold ect..(no script) but now, when i wake up next day, after having a smoke night before, i wake up streamy eyed, but ok, as the hours pass, i start to get really restless, and the anxiety is unbearable, almost like a rattle of meth..why is it worse then when i went into rehab a few years ago..dont get it at all..
The stuff im getting seams to me like proper gear, it runs lovely, smells really fishy, and tube loks like its supposed too..I believe i know my gear quite well as been using for ten yrs now, and even when the crap stuff was around, and people were saying it was good, i believed it wasn't, but now i'm getting almost pre-dought quality, but my rattle seems to be a lot worse then it ever was..
Makes me wonder what else is in it..any ideas anyone? I can usually handle the rattle, but from this, i cannot handle it at all, its hell.

Yeah mate, its really odd! I have done more rattles then i would like to remember, but it flet nowhere near as horrible as what i'm feeling now. I cannot sit still, i ache really bad, i keep tightning my muscles up out of sheer fustration, bottom line, its the worst feeling ever!!
Does anyone know what coming off benzo's feel like? and is there anyway you can make it easier? thanx in advance

Alcohol helps coming off benzos a little. Really is best to taper though, I've only ever had slight withdrawl and that was unpleasant enough!

speedballs (what we call them up here) did me in was doing thenm for 18 months trouble was i was serving coke and so it was too easy - i went from having veins i didnt even neeed a tourny for to slowly loosing all of them- i remember on more times than i care to remember slamming the spike on to a table top and binning then so i would stop then an hour later fishing thenmm out straighting the spike and sharping with matchbox strike (safty) and starting again, the trouble is if you think a shot of H is bliss a snowball is bliss x 100 its just too fucking good like WBS said if god invented something better than speedballs he kept it for himself.
couple of things if you have been getting good gear for a while after a long period of shit then you might just be suffering from normal WD;s - thats what your description sounds like - benzo wd is not the same but if if it is that then really your only way to deal with it is to taper from it- do you get tested at all for a scropt? if not you may be able to get one if you go to a clinic and see whats in your system (benzos stay in for weeks as the half life for some thing like valium is 300h

Cant really help u there Zara, but those symptoms are exactly what I get wen I cold turkey off of gear, the restlessness, tensing ur muscles, wanting to push your limbs beyond their range of motion, literally wanting to crawl out of your skin. Weird tho that youve never felt like it before when WD'ing. Good luck hope u sort it out soon[/QUOTE]

I'm a happy bunny atm though as money is flowing ok atm.. so going to be alright for the near future, just a bummer in a wk or two's time when it runs out, thats when i will be on here, pulling my hair out..

where did you read that? i read that it will take 4 weeks till theyy get the toxicology reports back - she was fragile, had emphsyma and i spose could have died a number of ways including just good ol booze or asphyxiation from smoking too much stone....we'ell see
