Hi Smackcraft, its great to see you back on Bluelight again! Glad to hear that your getting good gear! I got good'ish gear at the weekend, it was my first time been stoned in 8 months!!! But the gear still wasn't as good as what i was getting before the drought.

But its great to see you back on here, we missed your happy up~beat posts! Don't go beating yourself up over a few stupid posts that you may have posted in the past, its really not a big deal, you wanna hear me after a few glasses of wine, i'm like a woman possesed!! Every single one of us have done something stupid at some stage, (either drunk or sobber or otherwise!!) its not a big deal, this is just a forum not the judge jury & execuationer!!! There seems to be more & more good reports of good gear every day on here so hopefully things will keep improving! Although the bloke that i scored off at the weekend said that he was told there will be another drought in Dublin in a month or so he was told that the demand for gear is so high over here that its gonna run out, i can't understand why they can't get more in? Sure we haven't even got proper gear back yet & now they are already talking about a drought?! I give up!!! 8(

hope it all comes good for you and consistent but even for me, i pay nearly double and have to travel a hour each way for old school so it aint there on a plate quite yet in the uk

Glad to hear things are picking up in Glasgow. It's not too bad here in Paisley. My guy is a friend of a friend so I always get to see what it's like before buying. I finished at 7 this morning and got 2 TBs at 08:15. Just kicked off my second bag then it's off to bed, quite tired after working last night. The powder is quite light this time but goes quite dark in the tool and is a nice dark chocolatey blob on the foil. I'm quite itchy and my eyes are pinned and I've got a nice wee charge so far... Another local dealer called N has shite ATM and my guy told me that N doesn't use what she sells and gets her personal from him. Last night I got a text from someone who scores from N and I quote it verbatim:

"But if you're looking get from N as it's best I have had in a long time bud, the real deal bud."

I showed it to my guy this morning because that's pure shite that she's getting someone I know to big up her crappy gear. If it's so good why is she not using her own stuff?

Yep, every day of my life i regret not moving to London all those years ago, although i don't think there is much squating going on over there anymore. But our kids are nearly raised now (20 & 16) so my Boyfriend & i maight still move to lovely London some day!!!

Wish we were over there now with all the good gear!!! & Yeah will yous stop keeping all the gear for yourselves over there, send some over to us!!!!!!!

What's the scene like in NL these days?

My mate who lives south of Dam said its back to normal BUT the gear in Nl , before the drought anyway, use to average 30% compared to the UK at 45% but it also use to be a bit cheaper at 30e a g .

The grey slate, rock solid stuff has disapeared for now, and we're back to the white one again, thing is, everyone rates it, and when i have my last boot at midnight, i wake up feeling pretty good without any signs of the rattle, it makes my pupils shrink right down, and gives me a warm feeling, a complete difference from xmas, but to me, still not as good as PD
It leaves a lovely, distinctive, fishy smell on the tube, and runs really clean, so im not going to moan, but does anyone think it will get back to PD quality..??? & soon.?

For me things have gone a bit downhill again. The guy I was going to is flogging stuff that makes me feel sick (and not in a good, battered way). No gouching, just sick... Holds you ok but you cud smoke a teenth of it and not get a nod. Weird, had enough of it.

My number 2 guy has ok stuff but not as good as what he did have and still expensive. Get this bloody harvest over here!!

a lad i scored off a few weeks back said someting like that to me. he said my negatave thinking is stoping me from geting a wack off the brown. but the b he was selling was just shite end of story. its suposed to be heroin. heroin is a strongest drug. you use it + you either end up wacked out of it or you dont. coz its either good b or else its shite. so i dont think its a memery playing tricks with people. its nice to see people admit that the b is week when it is week instead of acting like sheep excepting what there dealer says + following the rest of the flock. if its shite its shite.

+ we dont have to wait the 4 to 6 weeks for the dealer wars coz its already happing over here in dublin. the dealers are trying to see who get get away with selling the worst heroin. the gready bastards must be haveing a great laugh at everyone triping over them selfs to score pure shite.

i noticed a little improvment in the b last week. but its gone back to muck again. they must have been selling the better b by mistake coz you can be as sure as fuck they didnt sell good b on purpose. bastards. i cant see it ever geting back to normal over here coz most people think it is already back to normal. i just cant understand the punters? has all the years of useing totaly fried there brains? supose i am one to talk coz im still scoreing to! My dealer never topped back up with good brown (or any brown) I was scoring for a couple of months so I havent been able to score that particular product for a little over a week however I'll try her again this monday - hopefully she's got some of it back in by then. If I travel over to the southside I can get it but if I'm going to do that I may aswell wait until I'm picking up some weight, I'm not traveling that distance for a bag.

I scored today from an old regular and his product is weak at best. I'd imagine this is the stuff that the people from Dublin on here are complaining about as its very like the crap I scored back in February. Looks, tastes and smells the part but is miserable stuff and you just want to kick yourself for wasting your cash after everyone else is ranting and raving about how 'proper' it is; an all to familiar feeling that I had so many times from last November to last February.

Are you in Dublin jon? Its touch and go - however I feel I need to make something clear: please dont go out trying to score on the strength of what I say here. My 'updates' are merely reports on my own experiences and any luck I run into is naturally subjective to my own efforts. I'm merely very fortunate with the connections I have in the area that I live in. I've had a couple of heated messages sent to me about how some people think I'm possibly a troll and dont smoke gear at all, and that I'm just posting on this forum about good gear to piss genuine users off so I feel the need to emphasis that although the drought may be largely over for me, it by no means means that the drought is actually over and that you should go out trying to score and expect to cop proper H. And for the record, I'm not a troll. 256 fictitious messages? Please.

I had a bit of a similar experience about two months ago when if I drank after smoking this particular I was guaranteed to vomit, but only if I drank. Likewise it held you but as far as getting a nod there was no chance. I reckon it must have been the cut, anyone any idea what ingredient may have caused this?

When I first started using shooters in London they were all black ; and most of em ripped the piss time wise. all that , " 2 mins bruv 2 mins" ," I'm there now i can see ya bruv" drove me fucking crackers.
Then when the Asian firms come about I found them much more reliable, Evan bumped you an extra shot ,if you was left hanging to long. Very business like. !

I think that racial profilling and stereotypes are a part of the street scene. ON the west coast US its all mexicans, seattle was the exception were street level dealers were whites who were affiliated with mexican syndicates. In San Francisco there were 2 BAART (a type of subway). One had blacks and sometimes white users offer you outfits on that corner and then they would bring you to the mexicans dealing. The bags the mexicans sold were mallons with one teener of black and one teener of coke. The other main corner was controlled by Salvadorans who always would fight the mexicans.

In San Diego you had to have a connect. They were all mexican, mostly illegal alliens who were not very educated- or smart enough to hide their wealth. They would always make you wait. They'd say "veinte minutos" 20 minutes, or they would say something stupid like 23 minute and end up being 2 hours late- every time you called the connects girl would say "they left, veinte minutos". So 23 minutes quoted was completely irritating- as if they are precise. If you didn't know spanish you were at a disadvatage- and sometimes they would pretend they didn't know what you asked of them- so I learned 2 important spanish words- credito and manana.

Now people cross the border and since 9/11 security has been tightened and now you need a passport. But people get there and are sure to score, hence its appeal despite all the dangers and hassels.

On the east coast I hear the dominicans and colombians bring it in but the blacks (d boyz- its called diesel in new jersey)- are very much in the open and give people good deals because their is alot of competition.

In Ohio, mexicans run dope. I've read that they have adopted a customer service paradigm. A runner brings it and you get a follow up call from their supevisor. If they haven't arived by a certain time you get a free bag.

In Chicago, Mexicans and Black-Americans, also Nigerians to a lesser extent control the trade. I saw a documentary posted by the UK BLer Botfly were they pass out free bags in the morning to see if people like the gear b/c they know that they will come back latter.

Asians control the scene in Canada I hear- by Asians I mean Chinese and maybe Vietnamese gangs. One would think they are better business men. In the USA there are a few vietnamese gangs and much lesser chinese ones. The vietnamese are involved in importing Canadian Exctacy. Pakistanis, persians, chinese, japanese, Koreans, tend to be law abiding citizens. Pakistanis either work in taxis or other low income jobs or are highly educated and work in high tech, biotech, or other fields.

However, the Hmong, which have a large community in central california (the central valley) have many opium addicts. I courtesy dosed in Fresno and was shocked to see Hmong in line with me to get dosed- they get the opium through a very tight network as do some other SE Asian subcultures in California. In San Jose, at the clinic, there were a few Iranians- and they were strung out on heroin mostly and sometimes opium. They tended to get it from a tight group of dealers that sold it only to other Iranians- a very small closed society.

I think it shows how much profit my guy makes on it that he can give it away .
Where as with gear the margins aren't as big .

I think you are the exception and that giving away one free,small rock will usually ensure a decent sale shortly after
whereas giving away free gear won't make you buy any more than you normally would
I sometimes think I am the only smackhead that doesn't like whites.I like the occasional sniff of powder on special occasions but i really don't like rock and wouldn't take it even if it was offered for free.
That is surely a good thing cos if I had taken a liking to it,I'm sure I would be forced to work the streets which is obviously dangerous and will pretty much guarantee a criminal record if not jail time,and also to take up shoplifting resulting in similar outcomes.
