I don't mind as long as i'm not outside , i am happy waiting in the knowledge that it will definatley come as promised. As long as i'm comfortable.
I would never do a street deal , well unless their was no other way n i was really desperate i'd fuk it off n go without , theirs so much surveilance that u are being watched almost all the time you are in a built up area.

oh,i agree
i have a possession charge about 11yrs ago
and various cautions
but this is big and they have everything
loads of texts from 6-12mths ago
i am super fucked and really scared
musta had 15 coppers in the house
and the arrest was from another area(suffolk)
they traced me from a guy who was busted 6mths ago
whilst searching they found a cannabis 'factory'(i had 2 plants)

my best chance is to use my mental health
at worst i would be looking at time in a secure ward
i am not scared of jail but i am so worried about disappointing my parents and my gran
i will end things if that is on the cards
 
rioting/looting is coming to a town near you!
would love to go out looting but could be a bad idea considering yesterday
 
Don't necessarily believe what the police tell you about the origin of their 'information received', Kkat.

And don't worry too much about going down. Judges - unless you're really unlucky with who's sitting - aren't so keen nowadays to gaol women users-dealers of your age with no prior prison record. It's worth the effort of getting your defence as together as you can make it. If you've mitigating 'mental health' factors, a competent brief should be able to portray you as a misguided 'victim' more in need of some form of treatment rather than retribution.

Chin up, girl, these things are never as bad as you expect.

i only wish it were true
i am planning on using my mental incapacity to stand trial
i only just managed the first 5mins of the interview without losing the ability to comprehend what they were saying and i genuinely do not remember the majority of what i did back then

CC is right KAT, don't right yourself off just yet. Get a good brief and the other thing you got goin for you Is the fact your youngest child is still dependent on you.
The 2 plants will be delt with personal, you can't make a living off them. And any bits of gear you passed on was just so you could make enough gear for yourself, to stop any Mental turn out.
Try not to worry to much mate. I hope your ok.
 
kat im am sure you can,t get a jail term for 2 pants and a bit of gear when i got taken down by the police it was the phone messages that got us in trouble.
so if you have a fairly clean phone u should be okay dont let them talk you into getting yourself in trouble

I always delete all the messages from my phone but they had the phone from a guy they took down 6mths ago
they retrieved all the texts from the past 12mths or so and they had everything
along with my bank statements which sealed the deal
now they have my phone and will have even more shit on me
basically the phone messages which i deleted but that will be retrieved(yes they can do this from a long time back)will prove that I sold 2xclass As and weed too
my daughter is 17 and lives at her dads so is not my dependent
there really is NO getting out of this one
i am well and truly fooked
my only hope is mental incapacity

Sure it's true. Make it so.

I doubt you can claim to be mentally unfit to stand trial. Or would want to, they'd just put you into a mental hospital until you are. But your mind is a hell of a mitigating factor. And, after all, isn't it true that, to some degree, you take the smack because it best helps you with your 'mental problems' and the rest just followed without any conscious 'criminal intent'?

Unless your bank statements show considerable material gain from any dealing activities, I'd do as Brimz says and get a good brief who knows how, if necessary, to gloss over the naughty bits. And, more importantly, who'll faithfully represent what you say. And then concentrate not on making the standard excuses the judge will have heard a hundred times, but on expressing the truth. You're less perp than victim and, if either, sad not bad. Again, after all it is the truth, innit?

I know how you must be feeling right now but, honestly, it's not as black as you think. Know it!
