Oh well after having good stuff for the last month or so for first time since November it has now gone back to the old crap again.
It pins my eyes after smoking it but after smoking a whole teenth, I had no hint of a gouch without the use of a couple of blue valiums.
So that run of good stuff didn't last long at all, just as I thought things were getting back to normal at last.
Oh well, the wait continues yet again.

lou i hope it hasnt dried up ive been getting good from b18 for ages, 80 on the 16 but have been buying it in singles up until last week, tings are slowly getting better but its a rich mans game now. 13 years on and i still look foward to having a smoke when i get home from a shit days work how about you. It SEEMS LIKE THE YANKS ARE SPOILT NOWADAYS FOR DOPE. come on god of dope we have been waiting long enough

Oh how i miss that!! Getting up an hour earlier for work to have a nice smoke before heading off for the day!!! & then rushing home after work to have another nice smoke!! Heaven!!! Will i ever get a chance to do all that again...............? :\

i think it's just my man that has run out, The Foxy Guy ! I've heard on the grapevine that there is somethin v. similar not too far away.
So i have enough to last me till the wkend as long as i dont smoke in the morning before work, which i myself always used to prefere!
Dont get me wrong i look forward to a smoke after a hard days work, but i've woke up now between 5 & 6 am for as long as i can remember for that 1st smoke of the day:)

Yes son it'a all gone full circle, i think it was Charlie who said when he went to the U.S.A yrs ago he yhought he was burned as he scored dope 5-10% , where as @ this particular time in the U.K. the dope was between 40-60% !!!

I reckon we'll know by the end of the year whether it's ever coming back to what we knew .

i still dont understand why heroin addiction is treated wit methadone. they dont go putting a synthetic nicotine substitute in those patches... incidently, has anyone read that stop smoking book by allen carr? doesnt apporve of nicotine replacement, and spends the book telling you that your just tthe same as the heroin addict.... been over doing it the past week ......ah nice hot summer on its way!! help all those poppys grow..
 
methadone is used because of its length of duration, relatively low abuse/resale value (compared to dia anyway) and it's slight blocking effect i imagine.
 
@pp i read the alan carr book and gave up smoking for 6 months - its a brilliant book makes you look at smoking/not smoking in a completly different light.
Why Methadone? like evad said, its cheap , one dose a day and at the right dose blocks the effects of other opiates/opioids and stops cravings (shame most doc's dont realise that the dose needs to be 80-120mgs for the last two to work).
I suppose the question to be asked is how many people on 'done continue to use junk (puts up hand) and how many if on a DM script would stop buying street gear.
 
That's because if people were on DM scipts they'd be sitting on there arse gouching there face off 100% pure heroin for 24 hours hours till they have to go get there next script.
 
Meth/Subs are tools to come off, albiet harder for some then others. I've quite gear many times just using meth/sub for 3/4 days whilst I would be WD'ing then stopping the meth/subs, it's just having abit of willpower to stop using again I have the problem with.

i think alot of things have to do with how long u have been addicted n what you used to get back in the day.
I'd be made up if i got my Meth amps (50ml concerntrate )back but that was over a decade ago.
Dicanol n all that shit , fkin hell what happened man.

Not sure about that - i have and do hold down jobs while on gear , you wouldnt get an unlimited supply in fact people on DM dcripts dont get an awful lot just enough to be stable.

Yeah yeah! And why not? There aren't enough jobs to go around and you never find a smackhead with Sundayitis.

Actually, gouching is more the preserve of street scorers and benzo freaks. Once the novelty wears off, it's quite possible to lead a regular life on a DM script. You've probably been treated at some time by a physician running a raging if closet burner. Certainly, as large a percentage of DM scriptees hold down regular jobs as those on methadone.
