You can also order narcotics on line. I've not done it, but they make you fill out questionaire, charge $100 consultation visit. They call you on the date you say you'll be home then deny or honor your request for whatever pills. If honored you get billed for the dope and the consulation by credit/ATM.

You can also take old RX bottle down to Mexico and buy your favorite drug over the counter.

When you come back over the border, not much they can do if you have Rx bottle. If you don't have an old bottle, then you go see an Doc in Mexico and get RX from him. You're allowed 90 day supply. If you try to bring Rx pills over border with no Rx, and you get caught by the Feds, your toast.Ok, a few things...
First, in terms of getting shit online, you really cant do better then C-III, and there is definitly a shortage of *good* places... as soon as one starts doing you right they get shut down, or if they are out of the US it seems all their packages get snagged.. there are exceptions but generally the online pharmacy game is a gamble..
Now, the "90 day supply" thing - tell me, have you went to Mexico, came back and declared your 90-day supply explaining this to customs? See, it doesnt work like that.. the 90-days fair use is really for residents of a country bringing medication for themselves when traveling outside of their country or origin.. I dunna is there used to be a time when it DID work the way you say (the way we all wish) but currently if you're a US citizen and you cross the border then come back with 3-months worth of any controlled substance you can expect to have it siezed - on my second trip to Mexico they actually wanted to search the car, of course don't have the same rights to refusal as you do if a cop wants to searchthe car, so we gave in - my friend, not wantingto get arrested and thinking he had nothing to lose, busted out with 10mg Valium, #180 - he explained it was his 90 days worth at 2 tabs per day, well, it was promptly taken away, the car searched, and we were sent on our way.. when asked about why it was being siezed we were told that in order to bring it into the US a prescription from a US doctor was needed - this is another exemption from the siezure rule - you can take a script from a US doctor and purchase the drugs in Mexico, and yes, you're allowed a 90-day supply (and if they cant verify the doctor as being a US doctor you still lose it but can contest such a seizure) ..
Believe me, you fuck with customs and you lose all yer shit!
Also, refilling Dilaudid? Was that a mistake? Calling to verify a refill on fiornial - what was the purpose? Was that a policy the pharmacy had?
And a point I missed - if you're early for a refill by more then about a week the pharmacy will generally make you wait, but here is the problem - if the pharmacist marks you as a drug user thats abusing the meds, they CAN call the doctor to alert them and ask if they would like to continue to honor the refills.. it's not a policy or even a practice, but it's something your old asshole pharmacists will do in their efforts to rid the world of drug abusers...
