Refilling a nasal inhaler?

Hi guys,

Searched everywhere but couldn't find anything.

What would be the viability of emptying a nasal inhaler (e.g Rhinocort) and refilling with a concentrated drug solution (eg. amphetamine) for use, as opposed to oral/insufflation?

It would have to be fairly concentrated as each squirt is very small and you would probably need quite a few squirts but how would absorption compare to insufflation of a powder?

Is it worth it? Is it safe? I'm curious to give it a shot, it might be a fun experiment.

Thanks

if the amphetamine or whatever substance had been extracted to make as pure concentrate as possible i imagine it would work better than insufflation of a powder. the absorption rate would be a lot more efficient and less traumatic for your nasal membranes. i'm forgetting the scientific term but because it's spread out more evenly over the surface area of your nasal membranes it would prove to be more efficient than snorting a powder which contains a small amount of drug:filler ratio.

Well you'd have to use something-
I use Nasal sprays for my hearing, and there are 2 types of dispensers in my mind
There are the ones that you can open, and there are the ones you can't
IME the only that you're able to open is an OTC spray designed for cleaning the nostril. The thing with this is size, as it's quite big. In fact you may as well carry around a spray bottle..
I say this because you need to be able to easily open it to refill it and I assume this is for ease of administering drugs via the insufflation route 'discreetly'
Another thing to add would be because the OTC dispenser isn't as medical? I can't think of the right word, I think the amount released wouldn't be as precise as a script medicine. I don't have my OTC one with me, but my script one tells me 27.5mg per spray. Now, the drug solution wouldn't have to be that concentrated if you do it properly. In saying this, doing it properly requires the knowledge how much liquid is released per spray, how much liquid there is in total, and the drug contained in both respectively. (mine doesn't even say how much solution there is in total to nor how much solution is released per spray)
For example if it was 16mL total and each spray released .25mL there'd be 64 doses in a bottle. If each dose contained 10mg of the drug there'd be 640mg of the drug per 16mL
With this knowledge, if you mix 1g of meth with a 16mL liquid (that would break it down whilst being safe to insufflate)
Okay so 1000mg/64=15.6mg per dose
I can't be fucked explaining shit. It's possible and easy if you've got a container you can fill (and know how big it is and how much it releases per spray) and a liquid which your drug will dissolve in and is safe
Although for the amount of effort there are those little vials which you can just put in your nostril and inhale from

Also the liquid would still contain the fill so the drug/filler ratio would be the same.

I read somewhere recently of someone putting a cocaine solution into a nasal inhaler for "discreet" usage.
