Depends on your doctor. You should call them and ask. They might once, but don't expect it to not impact your relationship.

depending if you have a good and trusting relationship with your doctor after you two having a level of trust and loyalty , most likely will go out they're way. i told my doctor once i lost my bottle of #90 xanax(1mg) 3x/day. when i was moving into a apartment, he gave me klonopin in the same mg of my xanax (kpin 1mg 3x day) for that month, to cover my lost bottle. my old suboxone doctor got really involved with personally trying to help me cuz he was a friend of my cousin, he would call in suboxone if i lost my monthly script, but would call in 5 day supply and wrote how much in a different order , a few times till the month is over to cover my "lost script". another time my psychiatrist RXed me 90 adderall, and i blew through them in a week, called the office and they had me come pick up a dexedrine script . tried same excuse 1 week later same office, they said i can have a new refill if i can bring in thr 2nd bottle RXed and trade it in) so i blew that up. they gave me a chance. this doctor i see now, will only RX me adderall, and no benzos, and i tpisses me off cause shes the only doctor in that office that dont RX methadone maintenance patients benzo script. So even if i fail one test from her on a random, ill be thrown out the practice. once u get along with ur doctor for a period of time, he will start to develop trust with you and wont hesitate to help more than they really should....they're human too like us...u should be fine. my cousin is a nurse at this clinic for HIV patients, a needle exchange, and a suboxone doctor program at this place all in one, she tells me people all the time call the police make and make false reports that they're car was broke into and bottle of lortabs stolen and doctors will not RX replacements even if its a police report, they know how addicts behave...i live in NY, andits easy to get any meds if u dont have a history of drug abuse. sirry for rambling, my 2 cents

My doctor will refill a month's script once a year, but you need a good excuse.

A different one wanted a police report, and he'd do it.

Yes, in my experience they will, but expect to get your ass chewed a little bit and perhaps extra piss tests to make sure you're not selling them.

In my experience, no but then I was in South Florida. My neighbor swiped a whole bottle of pills from me and the sheriffs wouldn't give me a report when I told them it was oxycodone. My pharmacist said that was the best route to go though nobody witnessed the theft.
Since yours was lost, you're at the mercy of your doctor. Ultimately it's his decision and like Monk said, it will affect your relationship. Guess it depends how long you've been with him and if this has happened before. Only thing you can do is ask and see how he reacts.

it is completely up to the doctor. in my experience, if he/she has no reason to doubt you and it's just a one time thing, then it should not be a big deal to help you out.

doctors are human also, they develop relationships with patienths where they genuinely care for them. my one doctor wanted to help me so much, i told him at one point i was house hopping, he drove to my house, picked me up wrote my scripts in his car. e went out to eat at a pizzeria and talked, he filled my RXes and paid for it, and gave me $10 and left, he genuinely was a good suboxone doctor, hes 60yrs old been in the practice for 30yrs so he bends the rules. when it comes to going into the ER and seeing them doctors, they wont give u shit or invrest in you. one doctor was suxh a prick i had, it took 3 hours to see him on my visits, one day i get scripts of what i said i used to be RXed, the next visit the doctor says u cant have anymore som edoctors here do what they want, see a shrink . my dad has his doctor and he's been seeing him 25yrs, he gives me whatever he wants and will let him make a housr visit to pick up scripts..idk it all depends

They might do it one time.. but certainly no more than that. Some might not even do it the once, as they have no way of knowing if you really did lose them or not, or if you are just drug seeking.

With the rampant abuse of painkillers.. doctors are really careful, especially with young people, about looking for any sign of addict behavior.
