I find this I never take 5-htp on the day of dropping, maybe in the morning, if I do my buzz is much more mellow, girlfriend finds as well. The below is not just because I take drugs but I increase my dose and add ALA and drop 5-HTP for the pre load.
Each week Day (always have done)
100mg 5-htp, 250mg Magnesium, 1000mg Cod Liver Oil, 250mg Vit E, 250mg Vit B,1000mg Vit C
Pre Load
1250mg Magnesium, 500mg Vit E, 500mg Vit B, 2000mg Vit C, 200mg ALA
Post Load
400mg 5-htp, 500mg Magnesium, 1000mg Cod Liver Oil, 500mg Vit E, 500mg Vit B, 2000mg Vit C, 1000mg ALA
Edit: as part of my Pre: I take 1000mg L-tyrosine, 1000mg DLPA (My choice I recommend reading a bit about it first as is reacts on your dopamine )
