Redosing on Adderall XR

So, got my hands on some Adderall XR 15mg last night. Parachuted one at around 11pm. Worked on homework all night and didn't sleep a wink. Swallowed another whole at around 9:30 this morning. Coming down hard now but have to endure a 3 hour class and more homework afterward. Would I completely regret taking another to get me through today? Been taking them several days a week for about a month so my tolerance is fairly high.

Also, what can I do about mouth pain/swelling and grinding teeth while on Adderall? I've been drinking lots of water and even had a few snacks to keep my blood sugar up. Yet my mouth remains in pain.

get a mouth guard if it's that much of a problem.

That's not gunna give you a huge tolerance , at all really but after redosing so much you're going to have come downs . It's gunna get worse every time you re dose when it starts wearing off . Try drinking a big glass of oj and smoking all the indica weed you can get so you won't feel much if any of the crash . I'm sure it'll help if not do the whole job cause I've had crash free binges after a whole bottle of 30 ir 's another reason to stop is cause you won't need more next time if you do less now and it'll keep tolerance minimized which means you retain the ability to dose up to an amazing amp euphoria that's damn near impossible to achieve after you hit a point
