Red pills

Has anyone else heard the rumour that all red pills have LSD in them? I've never actually taken one because of this rumour, but we'd like to hear from people who have.

All Red pills have red dye in them. That's about all you can say for sure.

Hmmmm... except maybe that they look red

Red HQs didn't. (they obviously had something halucinogenic/visual amplifying in them, but not LSD)
Red apples don't. Red lightning bolts dont. Pink/Red rushes don't.
So imo, no it's not true. Just a rumour. LSD does turn up in pills. At least in Perth it does. But dying them red is not a way of ear-marking them. (Pills don't have ears!)
Most pills I've seen/heard of with LSD in them don't have any dye in them.
I'm very much smashed right now, so maybe I put this bluntly.

p.s. don't judge pills by colour. Anyone with some red dye can make a red pill. It has no impact on the active indregients. Likewise for anyone with any other colour dye.

the color, size, and shape have nothing to do with what is contained within the pill, it is all a marketing tool.

How do I know what is in my pill?
Physical characteristics such as the colour, stamp and size of a pill give no indication of its contents. Ecstasy manufacturers often produce copycat batches of pills containing adulterants based on the previous, higher quality pills reputation. For this reason content will vary between batches, and well known stamps are also the most counterfeited.
A similar color and stamp may not ensure the contents are the same as they were in previous batches; this is why it is crucial to note finer details that may differentiate inferior copies. Take note of the color, stamp, diameter, thickness, shape, has speckles or discolouration, has a score (line) on the reverse side, has sharp or bevelled edges, and how hard or crumbly the pill is. The only way to be sure about what drugs that actually are in the pills is to chemically test them.

I remember when I worked in a supermarket... having groups of young-uns come in and not know any other name apart from 'nangs' and asking at the service desks for 4 boxes of nangs.
