red monkeys/stars/cupcakes??

So someone in the philadelphia area has red monkey e pills also star sahped e pills their start cutouts and he has multiple colors like red stars blue white etc.He also has e pills called cupcakes that are shaped and look like a cupcake .

Do you think these are the real deal or all pipes??

Would you get any and if so which kind the red monkeys? the stars? or cupcakes?

I was taught cut-outs are pipes. I'm sure there are legit cutouts out there but for the most part a huge percentage of cutouts are not MDMA.
