Red liquid methadone dose

I just stumbled on some red liquid methadone and I plan on taking it orally but I'm not sure how many ML I should start off with. I have a moderate tolerance to opiates and I know not to resize within 36 hours due to its half life so any suggestions would be much appreciated. Also I know 1ml/10mg.

I used to do about 2-3 mL with xanax and get fuuuuucked up. I probably wouldn't recommend that tho if I wer you I would do 1 mL see how that affects me next day up the dosage depending on how you felt.

Yeah i would start at a dose between 5-10mg. Wait at least 3-4 hours before you consider redosing as 'done takes that long to metabolise and effects are pronounced enoubgh to SLOWLY by 5mg increments or even less. The concentrate you have is perfect in that respect.

Well I took 10mg this morning and didnt feel much probably not gonna do it anymore not really a fan. Ill stick to my hydrocodone. I was wondering if it would be alright to take two 7.5 lortabs tomorrow morning? That would be the 24 hour mark. I don't wanna overdue anything but I have back pain from a service related injury and sometimes lortabs are how I'm able to do my job. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you're not really feeling it now, 15mg hydrocodone will be fine tomorrow.
