Unless you're talking about extraterrestrials that are red in color. In which case, no, I havn't heard of any - most of the extraterrestrials i've met have been more of a greenish-yellow color, sometimes with a bit of purple...

just test your pills, Alien is extremely common press, there's been some good pills with that stamp and also some bad. No way we can tell what you have.
