The 2',4'-disubstituted amphetamine design is not something I can recall seeing other than for the Amiflamine I looked at recently. Obviously 2,4,5-trisubstituted is much more banal.
 
I Named It 2,4-D After A Widely Used And Strong Herbicide By The Same Name. I Believe I Called 2,4-D "KIM" The 1st Time I Thought Of It.
