The actual compound quoted in the literature is called Trimetazidine. It's very similar to yours but has the 2,3,4-trimethoxy subsitution pattern.

The actual compound quoted in the literature is called 1-(3,4,5-trichloro-phenyl)-piperazine [67305-64-0].
It is made from dicloran [99-30-9].
