I was wondering if anyone had heard of anyone trying this/tried this themselves?

My partner suggested it to me today and i've been looking into it since but with on luck so far.

Any info about it would be helpful (does it burn, how long it takes to come up, does it effectively bypass the nausea)
 
South American tribes have been rectally administering psychs and booze for many years

But why on earth should anyone choose to administer mind-altering drugs by enema, which requires apparatus and often an assistant, instead of just swallowing the drug? Remembering that the purpose of the whole exercise is to get the drug to one's brain, I see three physiological advantages.

First, try to recall your nausea the first time you drank a lot of alcohol or inhaled smoke from a cigarette. And ask a few drug users how they felt when they first tried heroin, peyote, or psychedelic mushrooms. Most hallucinogens tend to cause nausea; even experienced Indian peyote-chewers are prone to feel sick to their stomach.

It definitely does stop the associated nausea.

Millions of rectal administrations of psychs, alcohol and opiates in South America and on the Asian continent over the past however many thousand of years had already proven what science can now prove.

Be a bit careful with dose as the rectal absorption is much higher than that of the oral dose.

Imagine going into a bar and having your beer blown into your anus like what the Mayan's used to commonly do.

Oh how society changes over the years :)
 
So. Does anyone know the bioavailability for mescaline, orally and rectally?
 
Drink chamomile + ginger tea before mescaline goo and you won't have any nausea!!! Did it last night for proof! (orally, not anally!)

I was just thinking if too much Mescaline is being wasted by taking it orally. Like Cocaine is
 
There was a similar thread to this using P. Torch powder not that long ago. I think the person who tried it said it was really painful and they couldn't hold it in long, then after they got it out it still caused painful cramping. Oh, and they never tripped. If I had pure mescaline I'd probably go this route in the hope that it would conserve expensive material, but with cactus there's so much stuff that's not psychedelic in the mix that absorption may take longer than you can bear. I don't doubt that people make it work, though. If you do it you'll want as concentrated a solution as possible.
 
Well it wasn't as bad as I thought. It didn't burn or feel painful at all. Had a little trouble with holding it in though. No cramping or nausea, just a lot of gas. Tripped just find too (we only took an estimated threshold dose)
 
Perhaps there is a difference in burn between San Pedro and Torch. If you're ever successful with a strong dose using this method be sure to post about it in detail.
 
I've tried it a few times, very difficult to get anywhere above threshold effects because the bigger the dose the more liquid you have to hold up your arse which can be uncomfortable. You'd get far more effect taking it orally than anally.

There isn't any burn from either torch or pedro - the only way you'd get a burn is if you prepared it by boiling it with acid and were so stupid you squirted the acid solution up your arse. Just boil it in plain water.
