Opioids Rectal use of Oxycodone, worried about the acetaminophen

Hey, so I recently came across some Percocet 5/325. That is, 5mg of oxycodone, and 325mg of acetaminophen.

I'd like to dissolve them in a liquid then dose them rectally using an oral syringe. I know that the 5mg of oxycodone will be fine on the rectal lining (i've plugged MS contin before to great effect), but what about the acetaminophen? Will the 325mg be ok on my bum?

Anyone's experiences and/or speculation is greatly appreciated.
