Opioids rectal administration of liquid hydrocodone?

how would i go about doing this? is it possible? i have a bottle of liquid hydrocodone and my tolerance is too high to get anything out of it orally so i was thinking either doing rectal or another way if possible. can you IV this? if i take 100mg to be pretty high how much should i take here? 20mg?
