My friend is on a methadone program and is loving it. He says he gets so high from the methadone alone and recently started adding other opiates into the mix and is loving that as well (probably pretty dangerous... i know). The clinic gave him some take home doses which are now at my disposal. My question is how much I should do? He gets prescribed 80mg of methadone currently. I dont have that big a tolerance, Ive never been physically addicted to opiates, and my usual usage entails either 160mg oxy insufflated or 100mg h IV on average once a week. Answers are much appreciated.

First, is your methadone mixed with anything?...water, cordial...other mixers?...so as to stop it being IVable?
I personally would start wit 20mg..wait 2 hours and see how you feel..Have another 10mg and wait same time again..Once you know your tolerance you wont have to do this anymore.....but methadone will take a long long time to start working so make sure you wait an adequate amount of time before redosing...
My dad gave my mum a teaspoon once and dropped her on her ass and she almost died...5mg...but it was a while ago and it was straight methadone..

Do NOT take more than 20mg of methadone.
I don't know how long your friend has been on methadone, but that high goes away fast, and it blocks the euphoria from other opiates. Adding opiates and other CNS depressants on top of methadone is incredibly dangerous, your friend is playing with fire. Methadone can take up to 3 hours (though usually its more around 1 1/2 hours)to kick in, so make sure to wait that long before redosing. Methadone is a super potent, long lasting opioid. Tread carefully.

The methadone is mixed with orange juice for oral consumption. I wouldnt think of IVing this stuff anyways..
