So ive been reading about different stories about the mixture of pentazocine and tripelennamine. It was big in 70's (apparently real big in detroit michigan). Its a combination they called "Blue Velvet" or "Ts and Blues" because pentazocine is called Talwin and i guess the tripelennamine came in blue pills. It was something that junkies used to do when your all out of junk. Well looking into tripelennamine, it seems to be a pretty interesting antihistamine with very little anticholinergic effects and more dopaminergic effects. This is what wiki has to say "Tripelennamine by itself is a primary euphoriant manifesting anxiolytic, sedative, dopaminergic, and quasi-tricyclic-anti-depressant actions; unlike diphenhydramine and the like, there is little to no anticholinergic action (given by one source as 7 per cent the muscarinic blocking power of atropine compared to 58 per cent for diphenhydramine and 25 per cent for chlorpheniramine), making the euphoria subjectively different...". Theres also some info on wiki about the dopaminergic effects of tripelennamine with an opiate agonist-antagonist suppressing some of the antagonists dysphoric effects. This got me thinking about a piperzine opioid that doesnt have much information covering its toxicology and doesnt have a long human consumption track record. Im talking about MT-45, which is a agonist-antagonist. The very little stuff ive read on it implies its active but its antagonist effects probably deminish its euphoric effects. Anyway i found a source for tripelennamine and MT-45 and went ahead and bought them. Im awaiting there arrival but i was researching and contemplating that this combination maybe pretty good. I do have a tolerence to opiates, and from the other reports of people trying MT-45 some seemed to like it and some didnt notice anything, some said the people that did notice it didnt have tolerences... so we'll see. Theres a lot more on tripelennamine on wiki, its pretty interesting even know its an antihistamine, it seems to be the best one for opiate potentiation. Itd probably even potentiate a good dose of kratom. Il report back once everything arrives and i carefully tred the waters.
