If you're puking blood you shouldn't be doing any drugs. You should be in a hospital.
^ this. There are several things that can cause blood in vomit, from a small tear where your gullet meets your stomach from retching too much through to a stomach ulcer. It should always be checked out by a medical professional! Sometimes it is a medical emergency and can be very serious..
Snorting pills is bad due other ingredients such as APAP + fillers/binders, it's not recommended. However I wouldn't swallow any either until you have had your stomach checked out.

Triple Cs are coricidin, otherwise known as DXM.
Correct?
DXM is a dirty fucking drug and it inhibits a critical enzyme in the liver known as CYP2D6.
Some people are deficient in this enzyme from the moment they are born, and fucking with DXM can really cause damage.
Typically they experience a MUCH stronger dissociation and it lasts WAY longer.
The body will metabolize the drug much more slowly, resulting in higher exposure in the bloodstream.
Even if this is not the cause of the blood, you need to be aware that DXM is a disgusting drug and really hurts some people.
Mixing it with other serotonergic drugs, such as tramadol, SSRIs, MAOIs, or MDMA can be quite LETHAL.
It sounds like you gave yourself an ulcer.
This on its own can be more serious than it sounds.
Alcoholics have bled to DEATH this way.
If you are having persistent abdominal pain/tenderness or if you start feeling light-headed...
You HAVE to go to the hospital.
You HAVE to tell them everything you took.
DXM can stay in your system for several days.
And you most certainly should NOT be taking anymore drugs, esp. ones that require enzyme activity from the liver.
That is another concern, by the way.
Signs of liver damage include lethargy, nausea, vomiting, and light-colored stools.

Sounds like you tore your throat from puking. Also snorting vicoden is not very smart you will get higher if you just eat them. Also be aware that you should not exceed 4000 milligrams of tylenil in a day that is 8 of the 10/500 pills
I know this is a bit personal so dont feel you have to answer but are your stools very dark, this could indicate which end of you sysetm is bleeding, I'm guessing this is all a little late now anyhow. And when you say blood do you mean red liquid blood ? if thats the case its more likely comming from your throut rather then deeper in your sytem, if it was like coffee grounds its likely to be further doen in your stomach of something as I understand it.
But I agree with all of the above, having suffered internal bleeding relatively recetly its not to be messed with I'd go straigh to the hospital, I was stupid and booked a doctots appintment which just delayted things, it all turned out OK but put me in a more damgerous situation on toip of the fact that I stoppe taking an SSRI cold, which could have ld to mor complications.
