Does anyone know of any good recovery apps for your phone? All the ones I've come across make you feel like a massive ball of shit of you relapse....

I dunno if this will be useful to anyone, but a rehab I was at recently gave a group on the reset-O app, for people on bupenorphine replacement.

It's FDA-approved, so insurance pays for it. Haven't used it myself, but it seems professional.

Thank you! I just looked into it. It appears you have to be in treatment to be able to access it. Thank you so much forthe suggestion though!
