recovering after substance abuse

Hi everyone
After few benzo fucked up posts from a foggy 2011 year...I apologize to the mods...
But i think this thread if do not already exist would be important...
Lets do a list, check list of things to do, to take, to drink, any words that can help one after an abuse, binge, or a dosage mistake.
Lets do it for Stims, Euphorisant, benzo, opiates, THC, Ethanol, cocaine, mushroom or other psyche and synthetic strong like DET or DOC.
before i develop lets tell me if you find it relevant.
Its infos i d like to see compiled...for the sake of us all

try posting in the dark side. paws sucks though! i feel for you, good luck! and remember, taking drugs is one's decision, nothing more. it is a simple decision with either a "yes," or "no," outcome. don't let drugs control you, they are inanimate objects. this is way harder than it seems, i know...

I think shovsori was referring more (or also) to how to recover from binges, taking too much, come-downs, etc? Anyway, there are already a lot of threads and mega-threads both about recovering from addiction/dependence or how to deal with come-downs etc. And for the mental aspects of recovering from addiction, there is The Dark Side Forum.

When I have a little more time I'll post some links here to the types of threads that may be relevant.

^ Its hard man, especially if you have been on Benzodiazepines or any GABA Agonists for a LONG time. Than its even harder than opiates to come off. I will tell you I have tried detoxing from benzo's like 4 times, the first time I was successful in a treatment centre and the only reason I think it was successful was because I had a lot of Flurazepam and Clonazepam in my system, as well as Diazepam taper they did with me for about 5-6 days (but very high amounts of diazepam per day). .. But fuck man just go back to smashing that shit again, or doing some opiates or some shit like that..
