What's the best way to recover and help repair body from cocaine abuse (stopping cocaine obviously is the 1st step) and how damaged is My health, my heart in particular, likely to be from using cocaine nearly every weekend for about 2 years?

I used around 2-3g (occasionally more) each weekend spread over 3 days, i am 23 and exercise reasonably often.

You cannot ask us this. Are you experiencing negative symptoms related to your cocaine use, like chest pain, irregular heartbeat, etc? If not, then your heart is probably fine. Just stay off the coke and youll be fine. I abused cocaine way more than you it sounds like, back when I used to smoke crack every day and I even had some heart scares, where I had chest pain, out of control pulse, feeling like I was going to pass out, after taking a big hit, or this one time, I just took an enormous hit of crack in my basement when my drug dealer arrived to sell me some more crack or maybe it was heroin I cant remember. When i tried to walk up the stairs my heart rate shot up out of control and I felt like I was going to die. I had to call my dealer and tell her to wait 5 min (I didnt tell her I was dying, I lied and said I was in the shower). ANyway, drug dealers are so impatient I very nearly killed myself trying to get up those stairs but anyway, incidents like that are part of why I stopped smoking crack. Now a couple of years later, my heart is fine. I experience no problems with it, havving a resting pulse of about 64 and no chest pain ever. So I wouldn't worry, unless you are experiencing symptoms.

But that is why i say you cant ask us this, you need to ask your body.

assuming you have no underlying health-complications, abstinence from cocaine should allow your body to recover; as burn out points out, your habit was not particularly monumental.

still the prefix of my statement is 'assuming' and in these situations it is best not to. i did and guess what? under-lying health problems.
go get checked out by a medical professional as soon as you can mate.
