Recommended dose for brown ayahuasca powder and can it be smoked?

There is no standardisation of "ayahuasca powder". We cannot tell you what a dose is. We don't even know what's in your particular blend. Talk to whoever made it.

And no, I would not smoke it. Ayahuasca is meant to be taken orally as a tea.

Unfortunately, as seiko has pointed out, ayahuasca blends can vary mmassively in composition and as a result we can't safely recommend a dose. I suggest checking the ayahuasca thread, found in the PD index (linked below) for some awesome information and absolutely not dosing until you've had a word with the person who made the blend. I've closed this thread.

Brewing ayahuasca generally cannot be smoked.
