Opioids recommendations for under tongue dose of 75MCG/hr fent patches

Just came upon a couple 75mcg patches for cheap. I don't have much of an opioid tolerance currently and haven't done fentanyl in like 15 years. I don't have a habit, just take opiods when I can find them so just assume my tolerance is 0.

Some info on the patches:

• 75mcg/hr
• Made by Alvogen
• Prescribed in January 2026

Hopefully that's enough info to decipher what type of patches these are. If not, let me know and I'll see if I can figure out what they are visually. From the little informantion I could find here on the site I gather that the newer design can effect how it can be taken, though I'm unclear on if that means it's just not shootable or smokeable (not interested in doing either) or if it means it can't be divided up either.

Can anyone recommend what my best option is to safely take these? In all honesty I'm sure I'd be fine just wearing the patch but I'd rather not if dividing it up is an option.

that's good to know, I'll avoid this then. Honestly hadn't intended on doing this anyways, as even if it wasn't lethal I realize it's a lot and would likely make me very high which I'm not interested in.

Do you know if this type of patch can be divided up? And if so, can you recommend how many sections I should divide it into?

honestly, I feel like this is a ridiculous statement and not very helpful. Do you have experience with Fentanyl patches? I have seen multiple recommendations on this site for spreading out the high dose by dividing them up and taking them orally in lieu of extracting the fentanyl for smoking or shooting.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask those who know about pharmacology, or anyone who has fairly reliable data on fentanyl patches used in the mouth (since there are no studies as the patch is designed to be used on the skin).
1. Does the dose contained in the patch, if kept in the mouth for a sufficient time between the cheek and the tooth (let's say 3 or 4 hours), release all the fentanyl contained in the patch?
2. Having to do the hair test as they are being treated at a center that delivers methadone, can they understand that the patch is not used correctly, on the skin? (And here we go back...

What I'm trying to determine is what a reasonable dose with zero tolerance could be and whether I even have the right types of patches that can be used.

Not sure I trust this source as I haven't had the time to look into it and it was published in 2025 which means a chance of it just being slop from an LLM, but according to this Matrix patches can be cut but gel patches should not be cut.

There is no way to accurately dose a fent patch this way. I have no experience with the new non gel patches at all i only had the og gel patches. I put the tiniest bit of gel under my tongue and was in no way close to dying. However i could take enough morphine and dilaudid back then to kill a mule. With the tolerance i have now i wouldnt go near fent patches.

This is a lot more convincing, thank you. Unless someone else with more experience with the current patches comments, I'll just avoid them and maybe try to find someone who would feel safer taking them to sell or trade with.
