Its just been reissued so its doing the rounds all over.
I should watch it again sometime....but its SO 80's that it hurts....even moreso than Back to the Future or Wall Street....

You mean its just remastered?

I love that movie, its the best of the trilogy.

I was talking Scarface, not Back 2!
Meanwhile Back 2 was on ITV last week and I watched it. I really liked it once upon a time, but that was because I was not thinking about the time travel concepts too much. This time I'm like....no.....no......no.....no......no....:\ although it was good fun. Got Part 3 on this weekend.
However much better on a big screen no doubt.
Right megabus cough up the ticket I'm coming down to londres to LIVE in the Prince Charles!

Cant go wrong with Prince Charles £12 a year , and then £3.50 a movie.

Bargain.

Have a wee dram of Dalmore before you go in, and your set. =D

But first its down to the bus station, get on bus and sit there for 4 hours or something...go on underground and have to listen to some tramp playing Wonderwall and then off at Leicester Square where I advise the staff that I will be taking up residency and could they please bring my bags in off the street...oh and give that liberal media a call will you, I hear he has the drinks!

It doesn't tell me where to stay though.....otherwise its a night on the embankment drinking tudor rose and talking to the tramp who is still playing Wonderwall!
I should recommend a film so as not to unrail this thread!

This was my favourite film in my upper 6th in 1994.

Thats a great movie, Most people prefer "City of Lost children" but I find it too depressing.

The dwarf in that film was amazing in "Amelie" though. He would make a great serial killer....

I didn't think Dominique Pinon was a dwarf, just funny looking. I really like City of Lost Children too, but Delicatessen was something to watch once I knew I'd fucked my a-levels up to a certain degree! So it took my mind off and cheered me up.
I haven't watched it in years....time the Prince Charles found a print and then its down I go for the London sights....erm or perhaps I should wait till Tom Cruise is outside Odeon Leicester Square again and get my piccy taken to show everyone here;)

City of Lost Children was weird and wonderful in a sense but I didn't enjoy it.

They have a french cinema channel on sky now which is tops at £10 a month, and its one of the reasons I havent been to the cinema in ages.
Along with Latin america, France has the only movie industry thats making decent stuff thesedays.

That channel good? I noticed it last night, is there plenty of prominent and modern French films on or is it just old French wank that no one really wants to see?

Noticed there's a free 'World Movies' channel on Sky but the films all look a bit crap from what I've seen.

Prince Charlie cinema looks pretty good what with Mesrine, Moon, Antichrist, Sin Nombre showing or coming up. It's basically like a mix of the Cameo & Filmhouse in Edinburgh.

Spade the channel is really good.

20 new movies per month for a tenner, plus they show decent ones. and have seasons of directors like Truffaut etc etc.

They just showed the 3 Colors Trilogy this last week, and if you miss a movie, its always on later .

Tenner a month is good value , its costs that much for a single ticket in London thesedays.

Here is the schedule .... http://www.cinemoi.tv/listings

You get to see lots of Ludivine Sagnier as well , which is worth a tenner a month alone ....

The bird is hot!

I've seen 3 Colours Blue I think it was? OK film, certainly very visual and artistic but a bit dull plot wise I thought. I'm not big on arty films which lack in substance and for me that's a prime example.

I like French cinema, definitely one of the best countries for film. Innocence, Mesrine, La Haine, Angel-A, Cache etc.

went to showcase to see inglorious basterds & it was fucking £7!!!! then it was about the same again by the time i'd bought a drink & some shitty popcorn. robbing bastards

Just sneak your own food and drink in. I begrudge wasting my money on that shite. I remember one time I went to the cinema, there was some bloke in front chompin' on a fookin' takeaway curry. That dude had the right idea.

even shambles has an internet & that cunt doesn't even have a cooker!

haha, sorry shambles, no offence man

No, he now has a cooker. He just doesn't use it. Plz try to keep up, Crackhead. ;)

They do it all the time at Prince Charles in London. :)

"From" £1.50 a film as well.

Back to the future 2 is on next week !!!

Shit, I can't believe I still haven't got around to going there. And BTTF2 ffs!. :D

I haven't seen that in years, but I remember liking it a lot. I remember back in the years in-between college and er...having a job i.e unemployment, they'd stick loads of French films on pretty late on good ol' channel 4. I seem to recall many a film starring Romane Bohringer, but can't remember what any of them were called. :(

Fuck that I bet it stank out the whole place.

He has no need for a cooker, I sent him a 'quality' microwave cookbook. Not that he's ever used it, well aside from skinning up with the pages of course. :D

It just made me feel really hungry, and also made me think what a clever bloody idea it was.

"I'll see your shite overpriced popcorn, and I'll raise you a fookin' vindaloo ya cunt!". =D

Yes, I'm sure everyone's fully aware about that flamin' cookbook by now. :|

The Filmhouse in Edinburgh doesn't sell snacks, sweet or popcorn etc. It has a great cafe bar with a great selection of food, loads of veggie options too but you can't take any of that into the screen.

Strikes me as odd, everyone likes some sweets or popcorn or crisps and I just end up taking my own seeing as they don't provide them. I think it probably has something to do with them being a real film lovers cinema and they don't want people rustling crisp packets and stuff but fuck it wouldn't do much harm to sell some snacks.

Shut your mouth, yo!

Went to see inglorious basterds last night. Can't say I was overly bowled over but it was worth a watch with bogof cinema tickets.

^Fuck yeah. :D

Top film is that. Mind bogglingly entertaining. :)

Here's one of my favourite scenes.

I think every time I've seen it, I've been stoned. It helps. :D

Damn dude, where do you live where £7 is a high price for a new film? :D

Edit: TG, you've never been to the Prince Charles? Get that sorted, asap.

^I shall indeed, Jesty.

I remember when I missed a showing of Nightmare On Elm Street there. I was so gutted. :(
