Receptor affinities of Sceletium alkaloids?

Does anyone have any chart for the receptor affinities of kanna (sceltium tortuosum), I am most interested in serotonergic receptor affinities, haven't managed yet to find anything specific, but any, and all information would be appreciated.

I can't contribute much in terms of all the sceletium tortuosum alkaloids, but the main ones (mesembrine, mesembrenol, etc.) are apparently PDE4 inhibitors which are apart of the "rolipram family" of drugs.
