Stimulants Recently Getting Back Into Dexadrine IRs, Dose Question

So I used to binge Dexadrine ER and IR with doses close to 100mg a day for months. It fried my brain, so I switched to kratom and then quit that. Now im back on both and finding a 5mg dose of ir very euphoric but i want more. I have a infinite supply, just wondering what dose would be good for a nice rush feeling?

I dont want to low-ball it and need a redose

Dex has diminishing returns after 40mg. Mostly just increased side effects with minimal added euphoria beyond that point. 30-40mg is my sweet spot.

Ya thats what I noticed last year when I was binging. After 3 15mg capsules I'd feel cold and my legs wouldnt work right. Really strange/scary sensation but part of the experience nontheless.

That's really going to be different for every individual. Reason would tell you to take what you're experiencing at 5mg and expand on that. Nobody is going to be a better judge than your own self.

Mine is even lower, for learning/ADD I was using 5mg at a time and to party 20mg. But I'm pretty sensitive to stims.

How do you mean it 'fried your brain'?
