Receiving Oxy/dope any difference

Hey, so let me start by saying I tried to reseach this first but couldnt find anything. Hence the reason Im turning here. Im not looking for any legal help/info im fully aware of what Im doing. And Im not trying to source anything, that part is taken care of.

The issue is, ive had one connect that me and a few close friends have used for years for certian things when they cant be found around here. There all over the net on source boards and other forums its no secrete. The problem comes now because he has added a new item to his list of products. Dope and a good friend has gotten some from him last week and it peaked my interest as it is amazing quality. Now Ive never had any issues with using said source since he is domestic and the mail doesnt really scare me. Ive used em over 5 years for a number of things including Oxy. My question is If I was to go the extra step and just get the dope instead of the oxy from em. Would it be looked at differently if for some reason it did happen to get snagged. Im not looking for any info on said charges if it would happen or like I said any legal info. I just want to find out if they would be able to look at it different and persue it more if it were dope instead of in pill form? Thanks ahead guys.

Mail order heroin is something I'd never do.

With Oxy you can at least go along with the story that you're friends, you are in pain and your 'friend' had an excess script and just wanted to help. Plea stupidity to the legality issues. Heroin on the other hand is 99.9% of the time used recreationally and given its demonisation in popular culture often carries longer jail sentences even in cases of equipotency.
 
Thanks sprout, thats what I was lookin for. I didnt even think of the fact that heroin is only for rec/dist purposes

Don't forgot the addiction issues with Heroin if you do decide to do it anyway. I'd advise against it though.

Oh the addiction issues isnt something I factor into it anymore. Ive been dealing with those issues for years. I just try to be smart to minimize the chance of doing time over shit. And If I have to I try to make sure its the less time I can. But out of all the years and all the shit Ive bought and gotten through the mail Its all went smooth as long as I kept it domestic. Im gonna go for it, I was just wondering about the whole difference in dope/oxy since they charge different for crack and coke.
 
I think this still counts as a legal question. One of the problems with legal questions is that laws vary from place to place and how a person is charged and sentenced is highly variable.

If you are in the US, heroin is a Schedule 1 drug while oxycodone is not. It is very likely that purchasing heroin would be seen as worse.

You might also want to be a bit more discreet about posting about your buying activities.
