Opioids Recall on fentanyl patches

I just saw on television today(I live in S.A. TX) that they are recalling fentanyl patches....it also gave out an 800 number to call an attorney if you "or a loved one" has died after taking a fentanyl patch. Anyone know any details or info regarding this subject?...are they recalling ALL fentanyl patches or just a certain brand?.....im just curious so if anyone could shed some light on the subject for me id be greatly appreciative.
