Ok so I'm looking into buying a pill case, like one of the keychain ones, only problem is that idk if this one at I like will be able to fit pills in it. Does anyone have a pill on them that can give me the measurement of it.? Like how wide is it? This seems stupid but I really like this thing. Haha

3 x 9mm is a standard size but the pokes / double stacked may be a bit bigger than that.

Found a stash lighter it is however, they do not tell you how much space you have to hide such item fml.

I think you should be able to fit them. Have you ever seen sean john mint tins? I use them to put my reg meds in, so if I drop them someone thinks it's just mints and doesn't walk off with pain meds. They are perfect size and hide in your pocket pretty well. You can leave them mostly full of mints and still fit your pills in.

I like the sharpie, that looks like it could be a good idea if you clipped it onto a small sketchbook and kept it with some working ones. Otherwise they may just hassle you for doing graffiti or something and you're going to want to show that one works.
