Opioids Really need Fentanyl patch help ASAP

I have looked through all of the fentanyl related posts and none of them came close to answering my question. I have acquired a 25 mcg/hr Mylan (non-gel) patch. I have been taking opiates on/off for about a year now. I plan on taking this patch as directed by placing it on my skin. My concern is my tolerance is still not high enough to take it. In the past 3-4 months I have been getting high off Norco 10mg pretty much everyday. Also, have snorted H around 4-5 times within the last 3-4 months. Anyways, Somedays I would take 8-9 at once, and take up to 16 a day. Other days I would only take 3 or 4 just to keep from wd. The problem is in the month of December I haven't taken any Norco except for the past 4 days I have been taking 8 Norco a day (all at once), so my question is has my tolerance gone down so much to where it wouldn't be safe to wear the patch? Does it take longer than a month for your tolerance to go down? Also keep in my I weigh around 290-295 lb(yes I need to lose weight). Can someone please help me out ASAP. Thanks

It's really hard to say. Fentanyl can drop serious junkies. That said, I'd chew like 1/8 of a patch and take it from there. Make sure you have a friend around just in case. Wearing the patches have never done much for me.

I had like a 80mg tolerance of OC a day, and I could chew a 50mcg patch and catch a nice nod.

But seriously be careful with this shit, and dose slowly and have a friend nearby unless you OD.
 
Take it as directed. DO NOT chew it. What a stupid suggestion that was. For fuck sake you trying to kill the kid?

Take as directed. Have friend with you and rip it off at the first signs of discomfort. DO NOT mix with benzos or alcohol.

Don't take suggestions from ignorant people who don't take the medication as directed. FFS people.
 
The person 'acquiring' the patch can not take as directed, as it wasn't directed in the first place. Using it on the skin, if it was too high a dose, would be very bad, as the drugs would continue to absorb for the next 10 hours or so, and if you're oding, that would be a bit shit, wouldn't it?

Fent is a shit opioid anyway, best try to get something better and less dangerous.
 
I just OD'd on Fent yesterday and spent the worst 24 hours of my life in hospital. Only just out now.

Do not fuck about with chewing it. Fentanyl is serious shit for most people.
 
It's hard to choose a safe ROA wen it comes to fent. Sticking them on my skin never did shit for me, so I chose to always dose them by sticking pieces of patch on the inside of my cheek.. And from that, I had a LOT of close calls. One minute I'd be enjoying it while reading and then next thing I know I'd wake up 4 hours later on the same page and not even remember nodding or falling asleep. Scary shit.

In the year 2014, how we can consider ourselves, as a fuckin civilisation world, when children are dying from hunger? Fuckin fuck:o, this unfair distribution of richness can't go on..it's not fuckin fair..and yeah, of course it's not only a nowadays fact, this happens from the begining of the man's existance, through all our history...:(it's so sad, really deblorable:|..

Mates, we're allright, we have our pc's, our laptops, our fancy cell phones, we're surrounded by materials goods, our fuckin lifestyle, work to earn money, to buy more things, (usually useless..8)), yeah, i must work, i wanna buy more trash, i consume so i exist...oh well, i know, i've gone totally out of topic, here a friend wanna hear some advices about the patch, and i've done a life's consideration...:?...So, sorry my friend......;)..:)

Bigjay, as you've said, you're gonna stick it, you're not gonna chew it...that's a wise decision my friend, . Well, it wants some time, maybe after 8 to 12hrs to start feeling it.. In it's leaflet, says up to 24 hrs. Don't expect a strong euphoric kick, rather a "I feel fine, everything's right" feeling, sweet mood, you know...the benefit is the duration. It lasts long, that's for sure..About your tolerance, i think that the 25mcg/hr will fit you right, i don't think that you'll have problems, but of course it would be better if you have a friend by your side.

Remember to stick it well, maybe on your chest, or on your arm, better on a place that the muscles don't move all the time, it must stay stuck.
And of course if you don't feel right, or you feel dizziness, take it off immediately...i'm sure you know it my friend, but anyway...:)
