Really did it this time

I used a good amount of quality coke from 1am till 6am when I decided 20 mg of ambien would help. This did not help so I snorted 4mg of hydrmorphone and now worried about seizures and respiratory failures. Help?

How much hydro do you normally take? If you weren't on coke, would 4mg be too much?

Swim taken it once before. Right now, swim afraid to go to sleep. Swim took 8 mg before

How much did you take that time? How long ago did you last sniff some lines?

Basically taking opis and stims together is only really dangerous if you take an OD dose of opis, and then it kicks in once the stims wear off. If you're on a regular dose of opis you'll probably be fine. If you're all adrenalined up about fear of death you probably won't go to sleep soon anyway gimme a PM if you wanna chat / have something to do.

If it's 4 hours ago then it's fine, coke clears system pretty quickly, take it out of the equation. Combining benzos and opis aint too good for you but if you're not feeling like you're passing out and your breathings fine, you're probably OK. Go find some internet videogames or watch cartoons for a couple hours, you'll be fine

Seeing as you've been up all night [I assume] and taken benzos thats to be expected really. If you were gonna OD and stop breathing you probably would have done so already, falling asleep won't suddenly precipitate it out, I wouldn't worry too much.
