Yea, I can see why you're suffering. Opana is generally thought to be about twice as strong as oxy, so you got cut down by 1/3 (360mg to 240mg). Although you should adjust pretty quickly, short-term is going to be tough. BTW, it seems to me that doctors are much more likely to prescribe high doses of oxy but not Opana. Odd! When I switched doctors last year, I was cut from 320mg of oxycontin to 80mg Opana daily within a few months. That was very tough but what are you gonna do?
Good Luck and also, I haven't had any trouble getting my scripts filled each month these days but last year it was pretty hard. Opana actually has an 800 number to assist patients find pharmacies that have the medicine in stock. I'm sure you get Google it.
