What if you were in a coma right this very moment? Imagine being in one and everybody is waiting for you to make the decision to "pull the plug." You keep telling yourself, "No no, I'm gonna eventually wake up from this nightmare." You wake up every morning and wonder why the world seems to revolve around you. Each and every day you say no you are hurting your loved ones. How crazy is that?? Maybe someone should write a book about it.
