I don't know where to start. I mean that literally. I don't even know what is legitimate but I have read a lot of the posts on here that seem genuine. I am probably like most of the users on here, professionals who for one reason or another need relief. A few years ago I was having a major operation which did not go well and led to a misdiagnoses of the situation as well as a destruction of a few key organ components. 4 years and 12 operations later I have moved on and am seeing a doctor for pain management who works closely with me. I wear fentanyl patches and take er ultram. I work many hours per week and some days I need to take an extra pill just so I don't break down. Now my pharm has changed policies and I will be unable to get my prescription for two days and I'm dying. I will pay anything, I just want some relief and to not involve my loved ones or hurt them anymore. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. I live on the northern Maryland delaware border. Thank you and sorry for making my first post this kind of plea. Thank you.

BL isn't here to help you source.. if you're going through withdrawal, I recommend getting in contact with your doctor ASAP, or even admitting yourself into hospital.

I second going to the hospital/emergency room. This is a viable option for you.

welcome to the site.... hope everything is working out for ya.... if you're still looking for an immediate solution i have heard of low dose DXM (cough medicine) staving off withdrawals. hopefully things worked out with your script though. stay strong
