Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, it appears some in here are experiencing brain zaps, which as far as I can tell having had them after high doses of MDMA and after stopping SSRIs seem to be caused by a sudden depletion of serotonin and the inability of the body to make up for this change.
The others heading the "AAAAAAA" sound like they are experiencing Exploding Head Syndrome (seriously, wiki it) which is something I've never gotten.
