5-MEO-DMT isn't commonly tested for nor is it similar to anything commonly tested for.
Etizolam is likely to make you pop positive for benzodiazepines.
It really depends on what kind of RC it is whether it will cause a positive.
Check if the RC is in a class of drugs that's tested for to find out.

On an immuniassay or strip test etizolam will test positive for benzos. But these positives are usually sent in for lcms "confirmation" testing to rule out false positives.
I used to be in the drug testing lab industry and still have contacts I consult for randomly... I have never heard of etizolam being on an lcms test panel. So if it's rehab or pain management...they will always send the test in for lcms "confirmation" and it will be negative for benzos
