rc vendor legitimacy

is there any way to be sure of an rc vendor's legitimacy? other than actually attempting to order something. maybe certain things to look for or certain things to ask them?

Thats a touchy subject to talk about on BL.

We try to keep it to drug info rather than pricing, vendors, how/where to get drugs.
