RC order gone wrong! HELP

A few weeks ago, I ordered 1g of a specific research chemical from a company in South Africa which was illegal in here in Australia. A few days later, I received and email from the company stating that they had made a mistake and that they had sent a total of 100g, and had halted the shipment in Maritius. They then requested that i pay for the 100g.

Considering it is such a dangerously large amount, i have not paid and the package is stuck in Maritius. Recently, i received an email from the SA company saying that i needed to make a payment soon, as the longer it sits in Maritius the more likely it is to be seized by customs.

After hearing this, i am quite worried about what may happen when seized as my name is on the package of probably a commercial amount of an illegal substance. I don't know what to do!

RC's from South Africa? U got to be kidding me. If u paid them the money that would be such a big scam. U wont see ur money or the stuff. Even if they would send it id doubt ud receive it at all. Dont u think something is wrong here??

What to do? I say get rid of anything illegal that u might be in possession of and lay low for a few months. Tell them u dont want it and then say nothing. Good luck with it.
 
Sust is right, affirm that you absolutely do 'not' want 100g and refuse to pay, clean your house up, keep your head down and hope for the best.
 
Do you think that it would be a good idea to contact the 'supposed' courier service and tell them that 'due to clerical error, i have been sent x amount of illegal substance and would like to cancel etc.' just in case?

I highly advise against doing that. Thats just going to cause alot more problems for u later on. The only thing u can do now is just deny. If the package arrives refuse to sign for it. If u get a notification then just throw it out. If u get a letter from customs ignore it.
 
I agree with everyones points, one thing I would do though is get a hard copy of you e-mailing them saying you don't want the package.

Then if you do get caught you have proof that you denied wanting the package and it will be dated.
 
99.9% chance there is no package. why would there be? why would they be trying to get money from you for it instead of getting it back? you did not order this (it's true). if it comes to your door with cops (which it won't) you can honestly say it's not yours and you didn't order it. note that at that point it will never have been in your possession in any way, so you have not committed any crime. If it were, think of the fun evildoers could have by sending obviously illegal substances to people they don't like.
 
I agree with sust on this one. It's more than likely a scam coming from that part of the world.

Halt all contact and clean your house up. You don't even want a joint or valium that is not in your name lying around the place.

Hopefully you will never hear from them again because there never was a package in the first place.

No one else should order from Africa if they decide to try to import illegal RC's. It is a haven for criminal organizations that specialize in scamming, especially South Africa.

they can't HALT mail at x location once it's lodged.. it's gone.

either way dont bother.

dont pay.

don't get fucked over.

And ffs - don't order from africa if you plan to do these ILLEGAL things.

The cops don't just rock up with it in their hands saying 'ho-hum... is this yours?"

They borrow a 'van' with your local courier on it, dress up as a courier, drop off your parcel..

30 mins later - black SUVs drive down your drive way, guys in military gear jump your fence - then they point semi-automatic weapons at your head and ask you why and how you imported it - and btw guess what, by that time, you're also in possession of the drug.

It's called controlled delivery - and it's pretty much the only way you can be snapped by feds for importing drugs. Unless you're a girl, and 3 months earlier the took something to get it analyzed, never gave it back - and raided you... and you scream "IT WAS ME, I KILLED HER", or something to that effect.

Can a company even stop a package mid transit anyway? Although id say there is a good chance that package doesnt exist, even if you did pay the extra and it was shipped then you have just bought a fairly large amount of illegal drugs that's destined for Aussie customs.

Fuck them.

NEVER buy ANYTHING from Africa, no matter what it is!
 
Send them this e-mail,

'Dear Prince,
HGAHAHAHAH I HAVE YOUR HUNDREDS OF GRAMS OF RESEARCH CHEMICAL. I am not going to pay 100 tirllion Zimbabwe dollars. All your drugs are belong to us.
