RC Benzos

6 days into my proper "written down" taper with pyrazolam. Does anyone know the actual half life of it? I read somewhere it was around 8 hours and somewhere else said 5 hours

Yesterday I did 4 diclazepams, more bk-2c-b and the usual kratom, plus beer. Given diclazepams very long half-life and the fact one of its active metabolites is delorazepam, which has a half-life believed to be around 80-115 hours, if the charts were true, between monday and yesterday I should consumed in excess of a GRAM of diazepam equivalent. I would be in a coma right now.

Id say the charts are reasonably accurate when it comes to pharm licensed benzos but they are bullshit when it comes to the rcs. Subjectively id say 10mg diazepam has to be worth at least 4-6 mg diclaz and 3-4 pyraz. And thats a low estimate
 
Can't understand why etizolam is so popular. I've got no benzo tolerance but still need 6 or 7 mg and a shedload of booze before I feel owt, and then it's not worth a wank and doesn't last long enough. I personally found diclazepam to be a decent middle ground between the crapness of etiz and the mental fuckuppery of phenaz.
 
Weird, you should feel something with no tolerance. ive not got much tolerance and still feel 1/2 mg. unless your etiz is rubbish or something
 
definitely sounds like dodgy stuff. Or you are broken.

What Dan said. 0.5mg should be noticeable, 6-7mg without booze should have you stumbling about w/o tolerance.
 
No, I've always had the proper intaas blister packs, but I do have quite a high tolerance for downers in general and etizolam just doesn't seem to do it for me. Having said that, I suppose they do work because other people can tell I'm fucked, it's just that I don't really 'feel' it myself - certainly no euphoria like many of you report. 0.5mg just wouldn't touch the sides I'm afraid...

The charts man, those charts that compara all benzos to diazepam.

They say 1mg etizolam and 1mg diclazepam equal 10 mgs of valium, completely out of touch with reality.


I don't find them accurate even with professionally administered traditional benzos, they claim 1mg of lorazepam equates 10mgs diazepam, no way for, I sometimes take two of those 2.5 mgs lorazepam tablets(so that's 5mgs total, should euquate to 50mgs valium), I guess they might touch what 20 mgs of valium do to me, but it's clearly not 1x10.

0.5mg etizolam would not register a flicker here and I rarely take Benzos, particularly in comparison to a lot of people here. I occasionally get given Diaz by a generous GP and 10mg of that barely registers either. I take 20mg for fun, now and again.

Got some amazing diaz at the moment, best vallies ive ever had. i like the fact i dont get much re-bound off valium as well. or havent yet and ive been doing valium a lot longer than etiz
 
DSont the charts do it in term on anti-ancioety effects and sedation? Wheras we're looking for more recreational effects, which would be similar in some respects, but i doubt those chart take in the full euproric/emjoyable aspects, maybe just the psysical efects if that makes sense?
On the euphoria note- Just got 5x nimetazepam 'happy 5s'! And a tiny amount of meth :)
 
yeah, unfortuanely there are no charts for the most euphoric benzos that i know of. I think that unoficially word gets out as to whats what though, even though there is a lot of YMMV, some people dont find benzos recreational at all for example. Etizolam works just fine for my purposes, makes me very calm and lifts my mood, and as i can get it easily, reliably and cheaply i dont feel a need to experiment with loads of different benzos. Etiz is no where near as badly impairing as phenazepam, the only problem with it is the relatively short duration, Im sure that the main intensity of the effects only last about 4 hours, but that the half life of the metabolites of a bed time dose carry on right through the following day, until i take my first dose in the early evening.
 
TBH, i think quite a lot of it is just down to persoanl taste, slight influence from other & what you've read and experiences that have been hugely influenced by set and setting, because most benzos are very very similar, and funding differences and _/+'s like 'slightly more sedation' etc as a bit like splitting hairs, and personal preference is probs helped by set and setting, tkaing a 2mg clonaz after 2 days smashing it at a festival conked you clean out, wheras Xmg of X had less effect in a different situation. I've just come up with this theroy which is probably bullshit/ampphetamine waffle, but it does explain why i love clonazepam so much, it was the first benzo toi completely k.o me into a lovely and much needed sleep instead of just influence one, and i had been up for a long time

I wanna wait till im off everything else so i can just experience them for them, but it ook one earlier, and it potiented my next opiate hit 20 mins later by at leest twice, good thing i had the foresight!

But yaeh, a first hand experience of what to expect would be nice. I'd def feel like i'd be wasting them if i just took em whilst mangled & spangled from elsewhere, i have a feeling these are like a delicacy that it would be blasphemous to muddy with other, dirty, undivine drugs =D
 
I took the piss with pryaz and a few etiz a few weeks ago, that pryaz seems harmless i ended up popping em like sweets for a lil while, not as harmless as i thought. rebounding shitey-ness
 
i FOUND WHEN I'D BEEN IN THAT SITUATION A RPID TAPER- SO RAPID I COULDNT EVEN BE CALLED A TAPER, WORKED LIKE A TRET. sO YOU'RE HAVING PRETTY SHIT REBOUND ANXIETY AND YOUV BEEN OFF IT 1 DAY? Then take 1mg etiz, then if you still feeling shit, take another 1mg in 2 days etc. Softened the blow massively for me eve though it sounds shit on paper. Also sorry for caps but cba going back and changing it

Actually saying that, just off this 1 i'm feeling 'benzo'd' i n the sense that i have the benzo munchies, and feel a bit like i've had a few pints with a few blues, i can't wait to have a proper crack at em!

Yeh, you're pretty much on the money there mate - benzos are very subjective I find. They are also a lot better recreationally if you suffer from any anxiety issues at all (guess I'm stating the obvious here). I used to be crippled by social anxiety so just one valium 10 had me nice and floaty and on top of everything. But as I've grown older, my anxiety issues have virtually disappeared (though that could just be due to long term methadone use more than inner confidence) so I don't get the same feeling of 'relief' from benzos as I used to, and can now drop 50mg of diaz and just feel disappointed. Incidentally, I also agree that clonazepam is the best (as in most enjoyable) benzo...
