The tell tell signs of apprehension

A juggernaught clown walking in dawns mists
backstroking madness till the tides come
Dragons flipping gang signs at passing whores
pearls raining and choking Buddha’s streets
Big brothers eye, un-blinking & bouncing
mothers tomb cracked & open
anxiety digested

An American flag of stapled flesh waiving in microwave cooked winds
the raped moment cowering in covered face
Piston’ed foes calling surrender
devil dreams of sacrifice and mud
CD pacifists rummaging through vinyl sheets
distracted martyrs leaving the sheep
Annoyance vomited

Opiate fireflies painting twilights door
bumble bees and tinkerbell forever more
Battle cries sounding from elder oasis towers
as we quote the magi’s blood filled dreams
Apathy marked with an X on every mans shoulder
