Ravin' Straight...

Always straight! Love the music! Have been tempted to try stuff - mainly for "another experience" in life but don't want to lessen the appreciation of the music by 'needing' to be on drugs every time I go out...
I might just wait till I'm 80 or so and try the lot

Hey - I just wanted to say *THANK YOU* to everyone who replied to my post and encouraged me to go straight *GUSH GUSH GUSH*
Just left HK and I had the best night - THE BEST I TELL YOU! I had a couple of friends try to tempt me but I was determind and it paid off. (OK - I had several Red Bulls but hey - that dancin' takes some energy :-)
I am so happy that I am not going to have to say a farewell to the scene, and looking forward to a week of normality ahead of me!
I was checkin out some of my friends that were rushin' hard and they couldn't keep up with me - they were amazed !
I can't thank you enough everyone - YOU GUYS ROCK!! *Gush Gush Gush*

i always go straight, not that i have a problem with dropping it's just that i'm always having to much of a good time to need anything extra.
 
I'm glad you had such a good time Stompr. Raving straight is great. I love taking my pills but I can never dance on them which sucks as I really love having a dance.
Hopefully there will be many more straight nights to come

It's a rare occasion that I go out completely straight. Mind you I only go to clubs or party's about once a month. The rest of the time it's usually the pub - and that I do straight all then time

When i go out, I usualy have speed. I've decided that i don;t enjoy pills when I go out because i CAN'T enjoy the music because i'm too concerned about the pill, or talking, or going outside... So i pretty much always have speed if i go out. It was dubbed "mona sober" a while ago..
i don't get off my face on speed, I have enough to get me through til morning while dancing my ass off from the start.
I don't see that there's anything wrong with that. I simply cannot stay awake if i don't have it! Sometimes I'll have speed at the pub with a coupl of beers.. because I end up getting tired and going home early.. so yeah - its got nothing to do with not being in it for the right reason's if you don't party straight. For me it's about appreciating the night to its fullest potential.
 
Did Teriyaki Thursday night straight, and went to see Man with no name last night straight... I'm buggered now but it was worth it!

Yup. If could've, would've, but wasn't expecting to go out on thursday, so's i just had a couple of drinks after work. Music got me away pretty damned good. cosmic night anyway.
Ran into mates when going home, i was still swaying and half deaf. They thought i was trolleyed.
 
I go out straight about once a year. It reminds me that I have a better time when my night is chemically enhanced.
But, to each his own.
