Opioids RatioPharm Fentanyl 25mcg

So, I have 3 25mcg/hr Fentanyl patches. Yesterday I saw my brother chew 5 of these things and he was pretty ripped. We both have an opiate tolerance. (I've been using opiates for 7 years, as well as benzos.)

I Used to have a 500mg/day Oxycodone habit back about 2 years ago now.
Lately, I haven't been using opiates much, as I went to a detox at the beginning of February. So, as of right now 18mg of Hydromorphone crushed & sniffed + 60mg of oral Oxycodone gets me a nice high.

I understand the dangers of chewing on Fentanyl patches (like ODing, etc.)
I know my body pretty well though after doing opiates for 7 years straight.

Does anyone know if thats what you do with the RatioPharm ones, take the adhesive off and just chew them up?

Obviously I know the most harm reduction way is just too wear the patch, but thats obviously not going to happen.

Anyways, sorry if this is a basic dosing question. (I didn't think it was).

I'd start out small. Try taking about half of a 25mcg and place the strip between your teeth and gums. Let it sit there and try not to swallow your saliva as best you can. You probably won't feel much for about 30-45 minutes. Within the hour, you should have a very nice, noddy high going. If that's not enough for the desired effect, increase your dose to 25mcg, but wait at least two hours on the first piece. Fent can sneak up on you and fuck you up. I've been using opiates for a decade now and have a pretty high tolerance and 25mcg puts me right at the sweet spot. I'll get a 100mcg patch and cut it into 4 pieces (25mcg a piece) and can use just one slice of the patch for up to six hours. The key here is to start slow. The old saying goes, "you can always take more, but you can't take less" is very appropriate for fent. Enjoy...asshole I want some!
