Awesome, the Clappaz always bring it hard. The beat on this song sounds simple, but is actually fairly intricate if you listen to it hard enough. 9/10.

I think I may have posted this song here before, but my memory is poor, so, here it goes:

Andre Nickatina - Smoke Dope and Rap

Starts at 0:30.

Really not my type of music.. I like some R Kelly shit, but OJ DA Juiceman just sounds like another Soulja Boy. 3/10.

RBL Posse - Bammer Weed

And yeah, Andre Nickatina used to roll with Mac Dre before he died. R.I.P.

Brings me back... sweet bass line... pretty simple beat... very educational....

SMOKE GOOD WEED

6/10

NOW:

CNN - "T.O.N.Y."

"Standin' in front of the judge
'bout to lie
plus I'm high too."

6/10 didn't care for it very much.

I think I may have posted this one before...idr
Time To Pretend-MGMT

4/10 I like the intro, but nothing much else about the song. That type of music (semi-electro psychedelic music?) isn't really my thing. Plus, the lyrics scream "I want a mainstream hit!" to me, with all of the references to drugs, cars, having the time of your life etc.

Seeing as how posting my favourite songs from artists seems to be a recurring theme in this thread for me...

Eminem - Infinite

That's what the song is about. And it wasn't screaming "I want a mainstream hit!" it was more, "this is what we have to say about our mainstream attention we're getting. "
Sorry to derail, but I love me some MGMT.

Carrying on...
Infinite, though I already know this song I must give it a 8/10. I liked Eminem a lot more when he actually rhymed his words as opposed to nowadays where he just changes syllable pitches to make non-rhyming words sound as if they are rhyming. The dude fell off, but how long can you really expect a lyricist to be in his prime?

El Ten Eleven - My Only Swerving ( Keep in mind they're only a two piece, making lots of sound)
