I thought someone would have asked this, but I can't find it anywhere.
Out of these main opioids (oxycodone, morphine, hydromorphone, diamorphine), which one gains tolerance the fastest and which the slowest? In other words, do any of them seem to be more forgiving? Like they keep working forever.
I've tried morphine and hydrom, and the hydrom seems to sustain its effects for a long time compared to the morphine which seems to have a pretty fast tolerance gain from what I remember.
