Rate at which DXM converts to DXO

I searched google and BL for DXM to DXO conversion rates but could not find anything related, just topics about how different the high is.

Perhaps I have 1200mg of DXM agent lemon extract, at what rate will it convert to DXO 'en beaker'? A substantial amount over 2 days? This is for HR purposes cause I've heard DXO is far more intense and I'm used to DXM dosage.

Also, any ways to reduce conversion rate? Ex: freezing the liquid?

DXM will not convert to DXO in solution. The analogous reaction would be codeine "degrading" to morphine, which does not happen at all.

You need ridiculously strong reaction conditions (boiling acids), or enzymatic activity, to convert DXM to DXO. You'll be fine.

somewhere i heard that over time dxm degrades to dxo, but i was never sure of the accuracy of that seeing as pharmacys have cough syrup shelved for long periods of time

DXM is suprisingly stable, if it degrades it won't be to DXO.

oh and just to clarify, would it be unwise to let it set in 104+ degree car?
