Opioids Rash After Injection

Does anybody else ever get a rash after injection? It only happens with morphines, dilaudids, and occasionally dope. It never happens with opanas. It doesn't always happen and when it does it goes away in about a half an hour. I'm definitely not missing my shot. It just happened now so I took a picture of it to show you guys:

I was always under the impression that that is a histamine reaction. I often get it even when I don't miss any of my shot, probably due to a bit leaking out of the vein afterwords, I assumed. Sometimes I get it only at the site of the injection, & sometimes I get it all along my vein or sometimes all over my entire arm, but however it presents, I always believed it to be a histamine reaction.

Maybe I'm wrong, I don't know.
