Heroin Rash after injection heroin

I just injected some heroin in my ankle and I think I may have missed part of the shot. Now my entire leg itches and there is a rash extending about half way up my leg it is bumpy and red.

What does this mean?

Well I dont know if I should bother posting this because it appears to be getting better already but what the heck, I typed it out might as well.

I believe some ingredient that the H was cutted made the allergic reaction if you missed some of the stuff out of vein.. Just take some antihistamine and if it won´t get well or get´s worse - I think you should go to a some medical advice..

Even if it appears to be getting better, keep an eye on it. There's a whole bunch of things it could be.

Happens to me alot, it's a reaction to some cut in the stuff. New Jersey/New York here

I posted the same question a few weeks ago and was told its a histamine release....I get a red raised inflamation following the vein i have just used up my arm!...

Same thing happened to me before. It scared the crap out of me, and I took some benadryl so it wouldn't turn into anaphylactic shock (which I recommend you do if it happens again). However, this is normally nothing too serious, just make sure to take some benadryl when you notice and keep an eye on it, because if it doesn't go away in a while it might be turning into something more serious.
